Refund Policy

All purchases made with Moltbot Assistant are final.

Due to the nature of our services, which involve time-based work, technical configuration, consulting, setup, custom skills, and automation assistance, we do not offer refunds once work has started.

By purchasing our services, you expressly agree to this Refund Policy.


2. Services Covered

This policy applies to all services, including but not limited to:

  • Setup and configuration services
  • Automation workflows
  • Custom skills or logic
  • Technical consulting or advisory work
  • One-time services and recurring services

Whether services are delivered partially or in full, fees are non-refundable.


3. No Outcome-Based Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Dissatisfaction with results
  • Performance expectations not being met
  • Platform limitations or changes
  • Third-party service restrictions, bans, suspensions, or enforcement actions
  • Changes in your business model, intent, or circumstances
  • Failure to follow instructions or recommendations

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, and refunds are not tied to performance.


4. Access, Credentials & Third-Party Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or revoked access provided by you
  • API changes, outages, or policy changes by third-party platforms
  • Platform shutdowns or feature removals

No refunds will be issued for delays or failures caused by third-party services or user-provided access.


5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute:

  • Violates this Refund Policy
  • May result in immediate termination of services
  • May lead to permanent refusal of future services

We reserve the right to submit evidence, logs, and communications to payment processors in response to disputes.


6. Exceptional Cases (Sole Discretion)

Any refund, if considered at all, is:

  • Granted solely at our discretion
  • Evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • Not guaranteed under any circumstances

Approval of one exception does not create a precedent for future cases.


7. Cancellation of Ongoing Services

If you cancel a service:

  • Fees already paid remain non-refundable
  • Any unused time or scope is forfeited
  • No partial or prorated refunds are provided unless explicitly stated in writing

8. Legal Safeguard Clause

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • This Refund Policy limits our financial exposure
  • Refunds are not a right, but a discretionary courtesy
  • Liability is capped as outlined in our Terms and Conditions
